Booking Policy

Booking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

All bookings will be confirmed immediately after the payment is completed successfully.

Unless otherwise specified, once the booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are permitted and all payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Unless otherwise specified, up to 10 mins buffer time (before starting time) is allowed for guests to prepare their events. The buffer time between bookings is subject to availability.

Somewhere reserves the right to take priority bookings for facility maintenance, cleaning or other purposes.

Somewhere reserves the right to reject any booking for any or no reason.

All bookings will be cancelled if typhoon signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted during the time slot of the booking.

In case of cancellation of a booking because of bad weather, i.e. when typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is hoisted, reschedule of booking will be carried out and no refund will be given.
Space Use Policy

Any overtime usage will incur an extra charge per hour. A duration less than an hour will be counted as one hour.

Food and beverage is permitted in designated areas only.

Smoking & gambling games are strictly prohibited in all areas.

Do not relocate the equipment inside the meeting rooms unless with permission. Please return all used equipment to the original positions and keep the place clean.

The user should be held liable for any loss or damage of the equipment and/or facilities of the venue.

Please care for your own belongings. Somewhere will not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
Special Weather Arrangement
When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in force, or when an announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is likely to be issued within the next 2 hours:

When an announcement is made that the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is lowered with no “extreme conditions” in force during the following time periods, all shops and bookings will be arranged as indicated:
